Syren Studios is a dynamic, female-run post-production sound team, founded by Izzy Lambert-Stiles and Amy Marshall-Clerc.
SERVICES
SOUND DESIGN
At Syren Studios, we combine our individual expertise to provide high quality dialogue editing, sound effects editing and foley recording. We edit in Pro Tools and use a variety of industry standard software and audio suites such as Izotope RX. As a team, we love to get involved in audio editing for a complete range of projects from podcasts to feature films and anything in between.
FOLEY
Whether emphasising tense moments, adding texture to movements, or filling in audio gaps that were not acquired on set, we have the resources to record professional Foley to a high standard, using gear such as the Neumann KM185 microphone.
MIX
We are able to offer a basic stereo mix to standard industry levels, and direct you to Mixers in our network that you can contact for any 5.1+ needs.

We have experience working on complex, alternative productions, such as 'choose your own adventure' format, including creating haptic effects in combination with audio stimuli, using software such as Lofelt Composer.
We currently work remotely.

TEAM
AMY
Amy is a co-founder and dialogue editor for Syren. She has experience in lots of different mediums including both independent and HETV.
IZZY
Izzy is the creative mind of the team. She is Syren’s co-founder and has been our lead sound designer for Syren for 2 years. Having recently relocated to the US, she has stepped back from editing for the company and now supervises the design and fx work on our projects.
BECKY
Becky is a talented sound recordist and designer who joined Syren on a freelance basis in 2022. She is an all-rounder and helps with dialogue, FX, foley work, and mixing.
